Is there a phone in the apartment?
Yes, and in addition to local service we also include free calls to the U.S.
Is the apartment fully furnished?
Yes, all furnishings and home linens are included.
What small appliances are furnished?
iPod docking station, Iron, Small kitchen appliances.
Is the apartment equipped with wireless internet service?
Yes, wireless connection is available for your laptop.
Is there help for getting around the city?
The large framed map of the public transit system near the apartment door will help you efficiently plan your day. A private driver is also available. See Transportation page for contact info.
What time is check in?
You can arrange with our property manager, Pascal Zytomirski, to check in upon your arrival. He will meet you at the apartment and provide you with specific information relevant to your stay.
Who do we contact in case of an emergency with the premises?

Is smoking allowed?
No smoking in the apartment.
Are small pets allowed?
No pets are allowed in the apartment.
Is there a maid service?
The apartment will be made ready before your visit, complete with linens. There is no maid service offered during your stay.
How do I book a stay at your apartment?
Check the Availability calendar for your dates and Contact Us via email or phone. We will respond with the rate and confirm availability. Once we receive your 30% deposit, your stay will be confirmed.
What payment methods do you accept?
30% deposit should be made at time of reservation using Paypal. Security deposits are guaranteed with credit card. Balances may be made in cash or travelers' checks upon arrival.
How far ahead should we book the rental?
High season tends to fill up quickly, so check your preferred dates on our Availability calendar and book as early as possible.
When will I get my security deposit back?
Security deposit is guaranteed with credit card. Provided there are no damages or fees, your card will not be charged. In the event of damages or fees, you will be notified.
What are your cancellation terms?
Deposit will be refunded for cancellations up to 60 days in advance of reserved date.
From 60 days prior to reservation date, deposits are nonrefundable. Guests are encouraged to secure travel insurance.
